Succeed™

Succeed™ is the only HRA that provides maximum value for both the health plan/employer and the individual participant, measures and quantifies productivity impairment, and identifies health risks by epidemiological need, stage of change, motivation, self-confidence, and barriers. The Basics

Succeed™ evaluates health-related behaviors and health history around nutrition, weight, physical activity, stress, tobacco use, skin protection, injury prevention, alcohol use, and health screenings. Based on each individual’s evaluation, Succeed™ produces a 16-page individually tailored action plan around the participant’s top four health risks, just as a health coach would. This plan also includes several interactive tools, videos, recipes, as well as a complete medical library—so participants continually interact with tailored plan—improving both participation and outcomes.

Succeed™ is NCQA HIP Certified through June 2010, and integrates with Electronic Medical Records (EMRs), claims, and biometric data. These features of the HRA ultimately maximize the value of your other on-line health investments.

As each participant navigates through the questionnaire, the question sets are dynamically changed based on each individual’s responses to previous questions, pinpointing measures of motivation and self-confidence.
